Inspired by the rich botanical heritage of Lake Garda's surroundings.
CLIENT
Gardulac is a citrusy and fresh botanic Gin crafted with ingredients typical of Lake Garda: lemon peels, olive leaves, and aromatic herbs. Distilled with care and passion, Gardulac offers a sensory journey through the vibrant landscapes of Italy's largest lake.
ASSIGNMENT
We were asked to design a sophisticated and timeless label for a 500ml glass bottle. The label should reflect the geographical origin of the Gin, while incorporating the signature yellow color associated with the lemon botanical.
SOLUTION & PROCESS
We've developed a product identity that uses elegant typographic compositions to express the exceptional quality of the product, its Italian roots, and the strength of the brand. The label design, inspired by art nouveau typography, pays homage to the advertising posters tradition of Lake Garda since the 1930s. The yellow tone and the textured paper give the label an effect reminiscent of a real lemon peel.
